Production Worker

Production team members are responsible for operating automation equipment for packing and handling glass, packing into racks and packaging to prepare for shipment, discarding broken/bad product and operating fork truck in closing area in a safe manner. They perform a variety of duties including operating automation equipment (including stretch wrap machine),and counting and packing or repacking product. Responsibilities include visually inspecting containers of product for cuts/chips/scratches, removing defective product, checking for defects and banding for shipping, checking glass size corresponding to case and card specifications. They will verify product count to ensure it matches case card.

Rotating and night shifts are available. Schedules allow for every other weekend off with a regular schedule of 14-15 days of work per month.

Rotating schedule is:

2 days, 2 off, 2 nights, 2 off, 3 days, 2 off

2 nights, 2 off, 2 days. 2 off, 3 nights, 2 off

Pay increases with service time up to $24.10. Night hours add $2.00 per hour.

Pay: $21.75 per hour

Expected hours: 36 – 48 per week
