Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Mortgage Loan Officer. In this role, the Mortgage Loan Officer will focus on assisting clients with their home financing needs by evaluating financial and credit data, recommending appropriate mortgage loan products, and managing the loan process from application to closing. Responsibilities include building and nurturing client relationships, delivering exceptional customer service, collaborating with underwriting teams, and ensuring compliance with regulations at all stages of the lending process.
Qualifications
- Experienced in Loan Officer duties and the Mortgage Industry
- Proficient in Mortgage Lending and Underwriting processes
- Strong Customer Service skills with an ability to guide clients through the mortgage process
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment with strong time management skills
- Familiarity with federal lending regulations and industry compliance standards
- License to practice as a Mortgage Loan Officer, where required
- Experience with loan origination technology platforms preferred
