Cardinal Equipment Services is looking for a Equipment Mover based out of our Orlando location. We’re currently looking for 8:00AM to 4:30PM, working Monday through Friday with flexibility based on business needs.
Job Summary:
The Field Service - Equipment Mover will provide support to the Cardinal Equipment Service Department performing essential equipment movement activities and department functions as required. This role will be responsible for a wide variety of assignments associated with – but not limited to equipment delivery, removal, and relocation. Additional responsibilities include driving and maintaining company vehicles, DOT compliance, maintaining a valid medical card, and working closely with customers and co-workers.
This position could require flexibility to work various schedules with the possibility of overnight lodging.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Equipment Installation, removal, modification, and relocation.
- Maintain positive customer and co-worker relationships.
- Record and account for billable time related to work assignments.
- Comply with all company/DOT vehicle policies. Smith-System, Geotab, Lytx (Dashcams), etc.
- Adhere to company policies, guidelines, and safety requirements.
- Communicate with dispatchers, customers and supervisors regarding delivery and pick up status.
- Educate customers on the operation of equipment.
- Maintain clean and safe work area.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
- Ability to use a handheld computer
- Ability to use basic hand tools, lift carts, piano dollies, forklifts, and lift gates
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Valid drivers’ license and driving record within MVR policy guidelines.
- Box truck/lift gate equipment movement.
- Forklift experience
- Previous vending equipment repair and distribution a plus
- Heavy lifting, bending, climbing, stretching, walking, stooping, and handling materials
- Using hands and arms in handling, installing, positioning, and moving materials, and manipulating things.
