We are an extremely dynamic and collaborative company focused on providing top-tier expertise in admissions and tutoring to families.Test Administrator and Proctors administer and proctor our standardized exams to students in Grades 4 through 12 in our Woodside and Burlingame, CA, offices. This is a part-time, in-person role with flexible, variable scheduling based on testing demand, primarily supporting weekend testing sessions. Shifts typically last 48 hours, and TAPs average 5 or more hours per week, depending on the testing schedule.Testing sessions may be scheduled weeks in advance or occasionally on short notice, so responsiveness and scheduling flexibility are important.If you are someone interested in working in the education industry or supplementing your income with meaningful work, this is an excellent opportunity for you!ResponsibilitiesPrepare the testing area and distribute appropriate testsServe as the face of Cardinal Education as you meet families and studentsMeticulously time students for up to five exam types per proctorComplete testing reports and submit required documentation such as answer sheet after each proctorLight cleaning of the test room before and after each proctoring, including wiping down tables, vacuuming, and emptying trash cansOther office work, such as scanning, organizing, and filing, etc.RequirementsEligibilityCar or personal vehicle (excluding bicycles) and a willingness to travel to both of our officesCurrent drivers license, insurance, and active car registrationFlexibility to take on weekend proctoring on short noticeAvailable on weekdays to work for 5-15 hours per weekExperience:No previous proctoring work experience is required. We will provide in-depth training and the opportunity to shadow proctors before proctoring solo.
