The Opportunity
You must have successful experience selling to affluent families who value education, with a short sales cycle. You build trust quickly, listen intentionally, ask great questions, and create extreme value, producing above-average results selling over the phone and via Zoom. By building relationships founded on confidence, trust, and mutual respect, you create long-term client partnerships that can endure for a decade, resulting in exceptional loyalty, referrals, and sustained business growth. You live in your CRM, professionally and politely follow up until you get a yes or a no.
This remote role calls for the ability to generate new business with all the inbound leads you handle, manage and develop current business, and be a team player. You create your own sales culture, sharing in your success and supporting others to be more successful. You have a history of raising the bar for everyone around you and have the experience to help define the vision of a growing sales organization. You love a fast-paced environment and typically outwork everyone around you with high integrity and no shortcuts. You can work remotely with some supervision, are a self-starter, and are highly motivated. It’s time for you to forge a new path with your winning experience.
Working when clients are available requires scheduling meetings, evenings, and some weekends. You must have experience in private school administration, prep school, college testing, and high-end tutoring services.
