Responsibilities:
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries from patients and healthcare providers

Experience:
- Previous experience as a pharmacy clerk or pharmacy technician preferred
- Knowledge of medical terminology and pharmacy practices
- Familiarity with aseptic technique for preparing sterile products
- Experience in an acute care or hospital pharmacy setting is a plus
- Ability to handle confidential patient information with discretion
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
Skills:
- Proficiency in using pharmacy software systems for prescription processing
- Understanding of critical care medications and their administration
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks
