Position Overview:
We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented, and friendly Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) to join our team. The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys working with people, is organized, and can work efficiently in a fast-paced dental setting.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the dentist during procedures
- Prepare and sterilize instruments and equipment
- Take dental x-rays and impressions
- Maintain accurate patient records
- Provide excellent chairside care and ensure patient comfort
Requirements:
- Current California RDA license
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Minimum 2 years of dental assisting experience preferred
