Responsibilities:
- Build Relationships: Cultivate strong relationships with homeowners, property managers to understand their roofing needs and position our solutions effectively.
- Conduct Consultative Sales: Conduct thorough consultations with prospective clients to assess their roofing requirements, educate them about our products and services, and recommend tailored solutions that meet their needs and budget.
- Negotiate and Close Deals: Skillfully negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to secure profitable deals while ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Provide Exceptional Customer Service: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the sales process, addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring a seamless experience from initial contact to project completion.
