Duties

• Perform comprehensive cleaning tasks including dusting, surface cleaning, floor care, carpet cleaning, and sanitation of all rooms and surfaces.
• Implement cleaning and sanitation procedures using appropriate detergents and equipment to ensure health standards are met or exceeded.
• Manage laundry services such as washing, folding, and organizing linens and clothing items with care.
• Handle manual tasks including heavy lifting of furniture or supplies safely and efficiently while adhering to proper handling protocols.
• Maintain the cleanliness of outdoor areas when required, including patios or entryways, ensuring a tidy exterior environment.
• Use specialized cleaning equipment for tasks like vacuuming, floor polishing, or deep cleaning carpets.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand specific needs and provide exceptional customer service that fosters trust and satisfaction.

Experience

• Previous residential housekeeping or janitorial experience is highly desirable, demonstrating familiarity with standard cleaning practices.
• Proven ability to handle cleaning equipment safely and efficiently, including vacuum cleaners, floor buffers, and carpet extractors.
• Experience with outdoor work environments is a plus, showcasing adaptability across different settings.
• Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively within scheduled timeframes.
• Knowledge of cleaning surfaces such as wood, tile, glass, and upholstery along with proper use of cleaning detergents and sanitizers.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting safely while maintaining high standards of cleanliness throughout the property.
• Excellent client communication skills to ensure service expectations are met or exceeded consistently.

Pay: $23.18 - $27.91 per hour
