Cardinal Compliance is actively seeking qualified Site Safety Professionals / Owner’s Representative Safety Managers for opportunities across the country.
This is a great opportunity for experienced safety professionals with backgrounds in industrial, civil, technology, data center, or construction environments.
Position Details:
- Title: Owner’s Representative Safety Manager
- Schedule: 40 hours per week
- Duration: 1 year
- Employment Type: 1099 or W2
- Pay: $40–$65/hour, based on experience
- Per Diem: Available for qualified candidates
Minimum Qualifications:
- Candidates should have a strong background in health and safety management, construction safety, incident investigation, hazard/risk assessment, and regulatory compliance.
- A degree in Health & Safety Management, Engineering, Industrial Hygiene, Construction, or a related field is preferred, though equivalent experience will be considered.
Qualified candidates should also have:
- Experience in industrial, civil, technology, or construction safety environments
- Knowledge of applicable health and safety regulations and standards
- Experience with safety management systems such as ISO 45001 or OHSAS 18001
- Ability to evaluate Construction Safety Management Plans
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- First Aid/CPR/AED certification
- Proficiency with computers and safety-related software
- A willingness to speak up and stop work when necessary

Preferred Qualifications:
- Owner’s representative experience
- OSHA 510 and/or OSHA 500
- BCSP certification (CHST, ASP, CSP)
- Data center experience
- NFPA 70E certification
- Electrical and LOTO experience
- Procore experience
- Bilingual abilities
- General Contractor safety management experience
Salary : $40 - $65
