Oversee daily field operations for civil construction projects
- Plan and coordinate work activities with Project Managers and field crews
- Supervise and direct company personnel, subcontractors, and suppliers
- Ensure work is performed according to plans, specifications, and schedules
- Enforce safety policies and maintain a safe job site at all times
- Coordinate equipment, materials, and manpower needs
- Conduct daily job site inspections and safety meetings
- Communicate project progress, challenges, and needs to Project Management
- Maintain accurate daily reports, time tracking, and field documentation
- Assist with quality control, inspections, and punch list completion
5 years of experience as a Superintendent or Foreman in civil construction
- Strong knowledge of civil construction methods, sequencing, and scheduling
- Experience managing crews, subcontractors, and job site logistics
- Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Commitment to job site safety and quality workmanship
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to job sites as required
- Experience overseeing site development, utilities, earthwork, or roadway projects
- Familiarity with local and state construction regulations
- OSHA certification or equivalent safety training
