Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to achieve dealership sales goals.
- Desk deals and assist in structuring transactions.
- Train and develop sales consultants to maximize performance and customer satisfaction.
- Recruit, mentor, and retain top sales talent.
- Monitor sales activity, follow-up, and CRM performance.
- Work closely with the Finance and Service departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Maintain compliance with dealership policies and manufacturer standards.
- Foster a positive, high-performance culture built on teamwork and accountability.
Qualifications
- Previous automotive sales management experience required.
- Strong leadership and team-building abilities.
- Proven success in desking deals and driving sales performance.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

- Professional appearance and attitude.
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
