Position Summary
We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented Finance & Insurance (F&I) Manager to join our leadership team. This role is responsible for structuring deals, securing financing, presenting protection products, and ensuring full compliance with state and federal regulations. The ideal candidate is process-driven, professional, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Structure deals for maximum profitability while ensuring full compliance with lender guidelines.
- Secure financing through a wide network of lenders and maintain strong lender relationships.
- Present and sell F&I products, including service contracts, GAP, protection packages, and insurance offerings.
- Review all sales contracts, buyer’s orders, and supporting documents for accuracy and completeness.
- Maintain CSI standards through transparent, customer-friendly presentations.
- Protect dealership assets by ensuring adherence to all regulatory requirements (FCRA, OFAC, Red Flags, privacy acts, etc.).
- Work closely with sales managers to support deal flow and meet department goals.
- Submit, fund, and follow up on all loan contracts to ensure timely funding.
- Maintain product knowledge and stay updated on lender programs and rate changes.
Qualifications
- Previous F&I, finance manager, or automotive sales management experience required.
- Strong understanding of automotive financing, credit bureaus, and lender structures.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed.
- Proven track record of achieving sales and profitability goals.
- Knowledge of Dealertrack and Vision systems preferred.
