Position Summary

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Shipping & Receiving Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for receiving incoming shipments, preparing outgoing orders, maintaining accurate inventory records, and ensuring products are handled safely and efficiently. This position plays a key role in supporting daily warehouse operations and maintaining excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

· Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments for accuracy and damage.

· Prepare, package, and ship customer orders according to company standards.

· Load and unload trucks using material handling equipment as needed.

· Accurately label, organize, and store inventory.

· Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and documentation.

· Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely.

· Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

· Follow all company policies and OSHA safety guidelines.

· Assist with general warehouse duties and other tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

· High school diploma or GED preferred.

· Previous warehouse, shipping, receiving, or inventory experience is preferred but not required.

· Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

· Reliable attendance and a positive work ethic.

Physical Requirements

· Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly.

· Stand, walk, bend, reach, and lift throughout the entire workday.

· Ability to work in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures.

· Safely operate warehouse equipment after appropriate training.
