What are the responsibilities and job description for the Certified Nuclear Medicine Technologist position at Cardiac Imaging Specialists, Inc.?
THE GIST: CIS is a mobilenuclear company based in Yorba Linda. We are posting in other locations in the country because it has been difficult to find CNMTs in SoCal. We will help with moving costs by providing a relocation stipend! CIS is a mobile nuclear company. Work tends to start around 5:30am, wherein you will go to the office, meet with your team member (a CCT), and travel to a doctor's office located in the southern California area. As we are a mobile company, we take our isotopes, camera, medical supplies, etc., with us via a high-rise van with a lift gate. We tend to complete, on average, 10 patients at each account. You and your teammate would then drive back to the office and unload equipment. Most days end between 12-2pm.
Please apply if you feel comfortable driving a high rise van anywhere from 40-100 miles to an account, can push a mobile camera with team member, provide excellent patient care, and are especially knowledgeable with Digirad cameras. Good IV skills are a plus. We require a clean driving record, as well as an understanding of "a sense of urgency."
Compensation: $60-$80/hour
