Carden Home Improvement is a fast - growing Exterior Remodeling Company.
We‘re expanding our field team to help homeowners identify potential exterior issues.
This role focuses on starting conversations and generating qualified leads.
What We’re Looking For
- High-performing individuals who wants hand-on sales experience
- Comfortable speaking with homeowners
- Self-motivated and able to handle rejection professionally
- Coachable and reliable
- Able to work outdoors
- Sales or customer service experience is a plus (not required)
No roofing, insurance, or construction experience needed - training is provided.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Visit specific homes in targeted neighborhoods
- Identifying visible exterior condition indicators (roof, siding, windows)
- Promote our roofing services and explain our free roof inspection.
- Set qualified appointments for our roofing specialists
Schedule and Earning Potential
- Part - Full time (4-6 days/20-35hrs)
- Afternoons, Evenings, and some weekends.
- Performance-based pay
- Weekly performance bonuses
- Monthly incentive bonuses
Most reps earn $50,000 - $75,000 over a 9-month season, with top performers earning $85,000 during strong storm years.
Your income is directly linked to your effort, consistency, and ability to improve.
Weekly training and mentoring available.
Bonuses
- $250 weekly bonus
- Up to $1,500/month in additional incentives
- Occasional short-term performance bonuses
