Your Qualifications:
Possess a CDA, or willing to obtain CDA within 6 months
Innately passionate about nurturing young children
Strong communication skills
Energetic and deeply compassionate
Skilled multitasker to match the energy of the classroom
Eager to embrace the Montessori philosophy
A strong desire to be part of a bigger vision
Open to a growth mindset and eager to implement new ideas
