Overview
Cardali Group is seeking a proactive, detail-oriented, and service-driven Broker Support Representative specialized in Medicare to join our growing team. This role is essential to supporting our network of independent agents and agencies, ensuring they are equipped with the tools, guidance, and clarity needed to thrive in the Medicare space. The ideal candidate is knowledgeable about Medicare Advantage and Supplement plans, excels in communication, and is passionate about delivering high-quality support. Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a primary contact for agent inquiries related to Medicare products, applications, certifications, commissions, and carrier platforms.
- Assist with the onboarding and certification of new Medicare agents, ensuring compliance with CMS and carrier requirements.
- Provide support on plan details, enrollment procedures, portal troubleshooting, and contracting workflows.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of agent interactions in CRM and ticketing systems.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Medicare, Commissions, Compliance) to resolve escalated issues and ensure a seamless agent experience.
- Keep brokers informed of plan updates, carrier changes, compliance reminders, and training opportunities.
- Help organize training sessions, webinars, and support materials related to Medicare sales and compliance.
Qualifications
- 1–2 years of experience in a Medicare-related role (broker support, customer service, licensing, enrollment, or compliance).
- In-depth knowledge of Medicare Advantage, Medicare Supplement, and Prescription Drug Plans.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish strongly preferred.
- Comfortable using CRM platforms, carrier portals, and Microsoft Office suite.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining high attention to detail.
- Familiarity with FMO structures, agent lifecycle, and CMS compliance is a plus.
