Job Summary
Cardali Group is looking for a bilingual (English/Spanish) Agent Support Representative with experience in Cigna supplementary and ancillary products such as hospital indemnity, dental, vision, accident, and critical illness plans.
In this role, you’ll be the go-to support for our agents—helping them with onboarding, certifications, application issues, and resolving day-to-day questions as they sell and service ancillary insurance products.
What You’ll Do
- Support agents with contracting, certifications, enrollment, and commissions
- Troubleshoot issues related to carrier portals, applications, and plan access
- Communicate product updates, training opportunities, and compliance requirements
- Keep accurate records in CRM systems
- Collaborate with internal teams to solve problems quickly and efficiently
- Help create and update training materials and support documents
Requirements
- Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish is required
- 1 years of experience in broker support or ancillary insurance products (Cigna preferred)
- Knowledge of products like hospital indemnity, dental, and vision plans
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Familiar with CRM tools and Microsoft Office
- Problem-solver who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment
