Role Purpose:
The Director of Business Development -Enterprise Sales, reporting to the Chief Revenue Officer, is responsible for building and forging new revenue ENTERPRISE partnerships for card market’s gift, loyalty and promotional card printing, online gift card sales and online card product fulfillment services.
Major Job Responsibilities:
· Relationship Building and Client Development with Sales Execution
· Proactive engage with prospects to understand their goals, pain points and opportunities and find a way to drive revenue growth
· Leverage our client performance and Net Promoter Score to gain interest
· Analyze, Develop and Execute a winning strategy that results in attaining new clients and attain (over deliver) assigned sales revenue and margin targets
· Develop a strategic plan for each assigned client, aligning objectives and determining internal key stakeholders for the execution of a winning strategy
· Strong written and verbal communication and be able to effectively work in a highly matrixed internal environment
· Stay informed on industry trends, regulations, and technological advancements relevant to the payments landscape
· Industry Expert
· Analyze market dynamics and competitor activities to inform strategic decision-making
· Conduct regular meetings, presentations and business reviews with clients and internal stakeholders
· Coordinate cross functional initiatives to achieve solutions that meet the client’s needs
Key Performance Indicators:
· Revenue Growth: Achieve and exceed revenue targets through strategic partnerships and sales efforts.
· Margin Improvement: Achieve a improve margin targets within assigned portfolio
· Partner Satisfaction: Maintain high client satisfaction levels, as measured through feedback surveys and retention rates.
· New Partnership Development: Successfully onboard new clients and programs to expand the Card Market partnership portfolio.
Qualifications and Required Experience:
· Bachelor’s Degree
· A minimum of 5-year proven track record of success in relationship management, preferably in channel sales
· Previous experience in SaaS sales, preferably in the Restaurant and Hospitality industry
· 10% Travel
