Customer Service Coordinator (Contract Position)

Description Of Main Tasks
Ensure a cost‑optimal, on‑time, and accurate delivery to the customer
- Support daily order processing and delivery coordination during the contract assignment.
- Enter customer orders into the SAP system and monitor, correct, or update transferred data
- Input and validate customer orders; make adjustments as needed to maintain accuracy.
- Invoicing, issue of delivery notes, and delivery dispatch
- Prepare required documentation for shipments and invoicing.
- Track order status and ensure adherence to delivery timelines.
- Initiate immediate measures such as extra tours or escalation if timeline issues occur
- Identify risks early and coordinate corrective actions.
- Maintain customer portal entries and ensure data accuracy.
- Master data maintenance (delivery plan, messaging determination)
- Update and maintain relevant master data for the duration of the contract.
- Provide professional, responsive customer support.
- Interface communication and coordination within the site and, if applicable, with the technology unit and the customer
- Facilitate clear communication between internal teams and external partners.
- Other customer‑service‑related duties as assigned to support operational continuity during the contract period.
