What are the responsibilities and job description for the Human Resources Generalist position at Carcoustics USA Inc?
Our Company is looking for a competent Generalist to assist in the day to day functions of plant operations, handle employee concerns, payroll, benefits enrollment and processing, and employee record keeping.
We are looking for someone who can:
- Help optimize and implement HR topics, processes, and reporting on key HR KPIs.
- Ensuring a proper human resource management: time tracking, payroll; collaboration with external agencies and authorities, associations, and service providers
- Execution of recruitment activities (for all positions operators and office personnel) in accordance with standards/processes
Our Ideal candidate has:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business/Human Resources or comparable practical experience
- 3 - 7 years of experience in HR in a manufacturing facility
- Must have ADP Workforce Now (payroll, time and attendance, background checks, 401K ADP)
- ADP and SAP Success Factors Experience a plus
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and SAP
- Social competencies in teamwork, intercultural communication, and problem-solving mindset, resilience and communication
