CARCHEX Pre Sales Phone Agents are a critical point of contact for our valued customers. These energetic team members engage with customers, ask qualifying questions and transfer the customer to a waiting Sales Representative.

Reporting to a dedicated Team Leader, this position is responsible for

• Delivering a positive customer experience by speaking to interested or existing customers with professionalism and enthusiasm.
• Engaging customers regarding our competitive offerings.
• Confirming information provided by customers.
• Ensuring interested customers are successfully transitioned to a sales representative.
  
  

Compensation For Call Transfer Agent

• $17.50 per hour PLUS weekly bonus (equivalent of $20.00 - $26.25 per hour)
• Annual performance compensation reviews

Schedule

• Full-Time
• Monday to Friday
• 8-hour shift
• 9AM – 6PM or 10AM – 7PM

In our main office, conveniently located in the Hunt Valley Towne Centre (Hunt Valley, MD), with plenty of free parking, access to light rail, walking access to many shops, restaurants and gyms.
