What Will You Do?
Reporting to the Customer Service Director, this position is responsible for:
- Maintain a pleasant, patient and friendly demeanor with customers
- Ask questions to identify a customer’s reason for calling
- Confidently address customers concern and reasons for calling
- Assist customers with claims related questions
- Assist management in identifying trends to improve our customer experience

Compensation for Call Center Representative- Retention:
- $17 per hour base plus Monthly Performance Bonus ($50-60k Annual Combined)
Work Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9:00AM – 6:00PM (Full-Time)
Salary : $50,000 - $60,000
