Foreman - Concrete

Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Concrete Foreman to lead and oversee concrete crews on site development and infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with forming, setting, pouring, tying of steel and finishing concrete, as well as the ability to read construction plans and ensure work meets specifications and safety standards.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily activities of concrete crews.

• Lay out and form concrete structures including culverts, headwalls, inlets, slabs, and pads.

• Read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.

• Ensure correct placement and tying of reinforcing steel (rebar).

• Plan material, equipment, and manpower needs for each phase of work.

• Maintain productivity, safety, and quality standards on all concrete operations.

• Communicate with project managers, engineers, and other foremen to ensure work aligns with project goals and schedules.

• Train and mentor crew members as needed.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in concrete work, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or foreman role.

• Strong knowledge of forming systems, concrete placement, and finishing techniques.

• Ability to read and understand construction plans and grade stakes.

• Experience building culverts and other site structures.

• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
