What Youll Do:
- Provide top-notch aquatic supervision to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all patrons.
- Act as a lifeguard, responding swiftly to emergencies and administering First Aid/CPR when needed.
- Conduct programs such as swimming lessons, water aerobics, and other aquatic fitness programs to individuals and groups of all ages, making a real impact in their confidence and abilities.
- Keep the facility in pristine condition by performing regular safety checks and light maintenance.
- Be a friendly face for guests, providing excellent customer service and guidance on pool policies.
What Were Looking For:
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
- Prefer one year of experience as a Lifeguard and/or aquatics Instructor.
- Current Adult & Pediatric First Aid/CPR Certification.
- Ability to handle the physical demands of lifeguarding, including lifting 50 lbs. and staying in the pool for extended periods.
- A team player with strong communication skills and a passion for safety and teaching.
