What You’ll Do
- Support Overnight Teams — Provide on-call guidance, problem-solving, and mentoring.
- Ensure Quality Care — Verify active treatment, safety, and service delivery.
- Review Documentation — Check notes, attendance, and shift records for accuracy.
- Assist in Homes — Step in as needed and collaborate with staff.
- Maintain Safety — Identify hazards, assist with fire drills, and uphold CARC standards.
- Experience in residential care or similar settings preferred.
- High School Diploma or GED preferred.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs, assist with transfers, and respond in emergencies.
- Strong communication skills in English.
- Valid New Mexico Driver’s License meeting insurance requirements.
