Now Hiring a Body Shop Customer Service Representative (CSR)!

Schedule: Mon-Friday 8 am – 5 pm

You will be reporting to the Body Shop Manager. This is an onsite position in Utica, NY.

Our Collision Center is looking for a Customer Service Representative, or CSR, who excels at providing an excellent customer experience. Do problem-solving skills come naturally to you? Your target is to ensure excellent service standards, respond to customer inquiries and maintain high customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Respectful to customers.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries.
• Communicate with customers through multiple channels.
• Acknowledge and resolve customer complaints.
• Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints.
• Other responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements:

• Stay calm in stressful/emotional situations.
• Comfortable using computers.
• Assist customers through chat and email support.
• 3 years of experience working with customer support.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Valid license in state of residence.

Hourly Rate: $16.00-$20.00

Actual pay offered may vary depending on experience, job-related knowledge, and location.
