Responsibilities:
The RN will be responsible for, but not limited to:
Responsible for the day-to-day coordination and oversight of all aspects of nursing activities of the facility during her/his tour of duty.
Assure that State and Federal Regulations as well as Facility Policy and Procedures are adhered to and the highest degree of quality care is maintained at all times.
Delegated the administrative authority, responsibility, and accountability necessary for carrying out his/her assigned duties.
Qualifications:
Position Requirements:
Associate's or Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university or an accredited RN program.
Prefer experience in Skilled Nursing and knowledge of Long-Term Care Federal Regulations.
Actively licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of PA
