The Role
Production Worker
CarbonBuilt | Danielson, CT
CarbonBuilt is hiring a Production Worker for our concrete manufacturing facility. This is a hands-on role working with a team to safely produce concrete products including block, bagged goods, and liquid materials.
What You'll Do
- Operate batching and mixing equipment
- Package and palletize finished products
- Label pallets and containers
- Move materials and operate forklifts as needed
- Record production and support inventory counts
- Keep the plant clean, organized, and safe
Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Comfortable working in dust, heat, noise, and around heavy equipment
- Ability to walk uneven terrain and climb stairs/ladders
- Manufacturing or forklift experience preferred
