Carbonaro CPAs & Management Group has a long-term career opening on the Island of Hawaii for a tax professional who wants develop their career in tax preparation. Our Firm has grown every year for the past 31 years and has become the largest outer-island CPA firm in Hawaii. Our Hilo office is in need of a tax professional who can do excellent work.
The Ideal Candidate Should Possess:
- Minimum of 3 years of consecutive tax preparation experience in a CPA setting preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Professional skill set which include:
- organized, attention to detail, critical thinking, problem solving
- Sincere desire to work and be a part of a successful tax team
The Firm tries to stay fully staffed and because our core values are people oriented, we do not over work our team. During the tax season some overtime may be necessary. We have a wide mix of individual, businesses, trusts and nonprofit returns.
The candidate must be team oriented as the firm strives to retain employees by building a cohesive team based upon employee trust and development.
