**Job Description:**
We are looking for a knowledgeable and charismatic Host/Hostess to join our team. The ideal candidate will greet and welcome guests, ensure efficient seating arrangements, and use OpenTable to manage reservations.
**Responsibilities:**
- Greet and seat guests in a warm and professional manner.
- Manage and organize reservations using OpenTable.
- Coordinate seating with the dining room staff to optimize the guest experience.
- Assist with maintaining the cleanliness and ambiance of the entrance and waiting areas.
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure guests have a memorable dining experience.
- Handle any guest inquiries or concerns promptly and courteously.
**Requirements:**
- Previous experience as a host/hostess in a fine dining restaurant.
- Proficiency in using OpenTable or similar reservation management system.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Availability to work on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays is mandatory.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
