Job Title: Seasonal Warehouse Associate

Position Summary:
Join our distribution center team, responsible for fulfilling customer orders by picking, packing, shipping products and returns. Ensure daily replenishment of inventory and assist in customer returns processing, including refurbishment and data entry. Additionally, maintain warehouse cleanliness and organization. This seasonal position, running from November 2025 through January 2026, offers flexible shifts between 6:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, and may include occasional weekend shifts to accommodate business needs.
Scope/ Supervision and Interaction: Position will report to: Distribution Center Manager
Job Description:
- Handle order fulfillment: picking, packing, shipping products and returns.
- Maintain daily replenishment of active inventory.
- Process customer returns, including invoicing, refurbishment, data entry, and restocking.
- Organize and clean warehouse facilities on a daily basis.
- Report to the Distribution Center Manager for coordination and guidance.
- Flexible warehouse shifts, between 6:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, and may include occasional weekend shifts to accommodate business needs.
- Seasonal employment between November 2025 and January 2026, on an as-needed basis, with potential weekend shifts during busy periods. Hours are not guaranteed or specified.
Qualifications/ Requirements:
- Familiarity with pick-pack-ship, returns, and inventory processes is beneficial.
- Demonstrates high personal and professional integrity, adaptability, and effective prioritization.
- Comfortable in a small, fast-paced entrepreneurial environment, willing to be hands-on.
- Persistent, deadline-oriented, and committed to completing tasks/projects.
- Values team collaboration and enjoys contributing to growth from start-up to an established brand.
- Strong communication and critical thinking skills are essential.
- Physical requirements include standing, sitting, computer work, clear written and verbal communication, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
- Adheres to appropriate warehouse attire and closed-toe shoes.
Compensation: Hourly Pay Rate: $16.50
