Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Macon, GA, for a Maintenance Manager. The Maintenance Manager will oversee daily maintenance operations, including equipment servicing, performing preventive maintenance, and managing repair projects. Key responsibilities include supervising a team of maintenance staff, creating maintenance schedules, ensuring equipment is in optimal working condition, and addressing emergency repair needs. The Maintenance Manager will play a critical role in upholding the safety, functionality, and overall satisfaction of the residential properties.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Maintenance Management, Preventive Maintenance, and maintenance program coordination
- Expertise in Equipment Maintenance and proficiency in Maintenance & Repair tasks
- Strong Supervisory Skills with experience leading and motivating a team
- Ability to prioritize tasks, work under pressure, and manage multiple projects efficiently
- Familiarity with safety standards and regulatory compliance in maintenance operations
- Experience using maintenance management software is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent; certifications in maintenance-related fields preferred
