Role Responsibilities
- Coach dynamic Element 6 training sessions that blend strength, conditioning, and performance-based movement.
- Deliver clear, engaging instruction while maintaining a fun, high-energy environment.
- Ensure proper form, safety, and technique across all exercises and equipment use.
- Modify exercises as needed to accommodate various fitness levels and physical limitations.
- Motivate and encourage participants to reach personal performance milestones.
- Maintain a clean and organized workout environment before, during, and after sessions.
- Stay informed on fitness trends, training methods, and performance protocols to enhance class quality.
- Build strong rapport with members through consistent coaching, feedback, and communication.
- Uphold Carbon Performance standards and lead by example in professionalism and energy.
- Group fitness or personal training certification preferred (or actively pursuing certification).
- Proven experience leading strength-based, conditioning, or functional training group sessions.
- Strong understanding of movement mechanics, coaching cues, and injury prevention.
- Confident public speaker and motivator with excellent interpersonal communication.
- Ability to adapt training on the fly and coach all fitness levels in one session.
- CPR/AED & First Aid certification preferred (or willing to obtain before onboarding).
- Social and outgoing — thrives in high-energy, community-focused environments.
- Passion for fitness, people, and helping others grow both physically and mentally.
