Carbon Jeans is looking for Experienced Retail Assistant Manager
20-40 hr/ week

The Assistant Manager's responsibility is to ensure the success of the store including its financial performance as well as making sure staff give great customer service.
Other responsibilities include:
Strong sales
Recruiting, training, supervising staff
Creating weekly schedules
Dealing with customer queries and complaints
Overseeing pricing and stock control
Ensuring compliance with all standards including operations, safety, hr, etc.
Assisting with preparation of promotional materials and displays
Liaising with head office

Requirements:
High school diploma or GED
3-years customer service/retail experience
