**Key Responsibilities**
**Property Acquisition**
- Identify and evaluate real estate opportunities that align with long-term business needs.
- Lead negotiations, due diligence, and closing processes.
- Partner with legal, finance, and executive teams to support approvals and transactions.
- Maintain accurate records of leases, key dates, and expiration timelines.
- Negotiate lease renewals, amendments, and related terms.
- Anticipate and proactively address potential disruptions, cost escalations, or landlord disputes.
- Coordinate with landlords and property managers to resolve maintenance or operational concerns.
- Ensure all property transactions comply with legal requirements and internal policies.
- Maintain accessible, organized documentation for all real estate and leasing activities.
- Provide leadership with regular updates on property status and lease timelines.
- Prepare forecasts, reports, and budgets related to rental obligations and acquisitions.
**Education & Credentials**
- Bachelor's degree in real estate, Business Administration, Finance, or related field preferred.
- Active real estate license required.
- CCIM designation or equivalent credential is a plus.
- 5 years of experience in commercial or corporate real estate.
- Proven track record of managing lease portfolios and executing property acquisitions.
- Strong background collaborating with legal and finance teams.
- Demonstrated negotiation and project management expertise.
