Position Summary:
Carboline is seeking Warehouse Associate for our distribution center in Green Bay, WI. In this role you will be an integral part of our distribution process, ensuring the shipping of our high-quality products that meet our company's standards. We are looking for motivated individuals with strong leadership skills and a solid work ethic to maintain the safety and efficiency of our facility, uphold product quality, and coordinate with plant operations to achieve optimal performance and productivity targets.
We are looking for a Warehouse Associate to participate and lead efforts in our warehouse operations and activities at our Service Center located in Green Bay, WI. Warehouse worker responsibilities include storing materials, picking, packing and scanning orders. The goal is to increase efficiency, profitability and customer satisfaction.
$1000 Bonus: $500 Stay bonus to be paid after 6 months of service and in good standing with our attendance policy. $500 more after 1 year of service and in good standing with our attendance policy.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule (load, pack, wrap, label, ship)
- Receive and process warehouse stock products (pick, unload, label, store)
- Perform inventory controls and keep quality standards high for audits
- Keep a clean and safe working environment
- Complete diary logs into inventory
- Communicate and cooperate with supervisors and coworkers
