Competitive Pay
No RBT yet? Start at $17.50–$18.50/hour
RBT certified? Start at $18/hour, with opportunities to grow to $24.50/hour
$1,000 Sign-On Bonus
Paid RBT certification and training (we cover the exam costs!)

Full-time availability Monday–Friday, between 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
High school diploma or GED required
Experience with children or individuals with special needs is preferred
Must be 18 or older with a positive, solution-focused attitude
