Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Behavior Analyst (BCBA) role located in Oshkosh, WI. The BCBA will oversee the design, implementation, and supervision of individualized treatment plans that use Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) to support children with Autism Spectrum Disorder. Responsibilities include assessing the child’s needs, developing behavior intervention plans, ensuring the effectiveness of therapy, training and supervising staff, and collaborating with parents to educate and support them on reinforcing strategies at home. The BCBA will also monitor progress, make necessary adjustments to programs, and maintain detailed documentation in compliance with organizational standards and regulatory guidelines.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Behavior Analysis, Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), and Behavior Management to effectively design and monitor treatment plans.
- Knowledge in Parent Education and skills to actively involve families in their child’s therapy progress.
- Strong foundation in Psychology and child development theories to guide evidence-based practices.
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills to manage staff and collaborate with families.
- Experience working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder, with a commitment to fostering their growth and development.
- Ability to work onsite in Oshkosh, WI.
