What are the responsibilities and job description for the Autism Behavior Technician position at Caravel Autism Health?

As a Behavior Technician (BT), you’ll help children achieve life-changing milestones—like saying “I love you” for the first time. Using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), you’ll guide children through fun, skill-building activities that promote growth and reduce challenging behaviors. The ages are from 2-14 years old (typically towards the younger range).

We Offer:
- No RBT? $17-18
- Obtained your RBT? Start between $19-$20 for RBT 1 with potential to move up to $20.00 with progressions into Advanced ARBT with additional pay raises
- Pay based on experience, education, and performance

What We’re Looking For:
- 18 years old required
- High school diploma or GED required
- Strong work ethic
- Comfortable playing with children
- Full-time availability (Monday–Friday)
- Occasional Saturday availability for make-up sessions
