What are the responsibilities and job description for the Baker position at Caramel Crisp?
Must love cookies! We make our cookies, pies an cheesecakes from scratch and require a baker with excellent attention to detail. This position has a lot if flexibility to it and we are willing to work with the right candidate to fit their within their schedule.
This is a daytime position around 32 hours a week, once fully trained.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and bake a variety of bakery items, pastries, cakes, and cookies
- Follow recipes and ensure consistency in product quality and taste
- Decorate and present baked goods in an appealing manner
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations
Skills:
- Proven experience as a baker in a catering or restaurant setting
- Strong knowledge of baking techniques and ingredients
- Attention to detail and precision in measurements and mixing
- Creativity in developing new recipes and flavors
- Excellent time management
Pay: $13.00 - $16.00 per hour
Work Location: In person
