Job Overview
Caramel Cleaners is looking for reliable, detail-oriented independent house cleaners to provide residential cleaning services in Carmel and nearby communities.
This is a flexible independent contractor opportunity. You may choose which available cleaning jobs you accept, and you will receive the job details and compensation amount before accepting each assignment.
Cleaning experience is preferred but not required. We are primarily looking for dependable people who take pride in their work and provide excellent customer service.
Responsibilities
- Perform standard, deep, and move-in or move-out cleanings
- Clean kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and common areas
- Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors
- Dust furniture, surfaces, baseboards, and fixtures
- Clean and sanitize bathrooms and kitchens
- Empty trash and replace liners
- Follow the customer’s requested cleaning checklist
- Arrive on time and communicate professionally
- Report damages, access problems, or customer concerns
Compensation
- Approximately $25 per hour equivalent
- Paid per completed cleaning job
- Compensation varies based on the home, service type, complexity, and estimated cleaning time
- Job details and compensation are provided before you accept an assignment
- Actual hourly earnings may vary based on completion time
Performance Bonuses

Qualifications
