What are the responsibilities and job description for the Prepared Foods Team Leader position at Caraluzzi's Markets?
Caraluzzi's Markets is seeking a motivated and hard working individual to manage & lead culinary operations in our Prepared Foods department. Our kitchens produce restaurant quality entrees, appetizers, side dishes, rotisserie items and extensive soup bar, along with a comprehensive holiday & party catering menu program.
An ideal applicant would be able to:
- Lead associates by example
- Teach & motivate associates on proper recipe production methods
- Forecast customer needs and plan production accordingly
- Merchandise food so that it is visually appealing
- Interact frequently with customers and provide excellent customer service
- Able to maintain constant communications with associates & store team members
- Ensure safe food handling & safety guidelines are followed
Minimum 5 years applicable experience required with some management experience. Applicant must have track record of excellent customer service and be able to demonstrate strong culinary skills.
