What are the responsibilities and job description for the Florist Associate position at Caraluzzi's Markets?
Caraluzzi's Markets is looking for experienced florists (or willing to train with right attitude) to join its growing team. We strive to provide a great working environment for our associates and to exceed our customers shopping experience on a daily basis.
Our floral shops are built upon offering fresh cut bouquets, colorful arrangements, and quality garden plants for any occasion. Our florists help bring color & cheer into people's lives by utilizing their skills to share plant knowledge, create custom arrangements and merchandise eye catching displays. Experience with outdoor plants is preferred but not required.
Required:
• Experience working in a retail, floral shop and/or supermarket environment
• Friendly and positive attitude
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure
