Proposal Coordinator
Carahsoft is seeking detail-oriented, resourceful, and organized individuals to join the proposal team. This opportunity offers a recent graduate valuable experience in the professional arena of proposal and business development, including editing, writing, research, and deadline management. The proposal team provides training in all areas of business development and proposal coordination to support our government customers and vendor partners.
Overall Responsibilities
Monitoring upcoming RFP releases, large GWACs, IDIQs, BPAs, IFBs, RFPs, RFIs, RFQs, etc.
Analyzing solicitations, highlighting key points and required proposal structure
Crafting outline, calendar, and shell prior to kick-off meetings
Ensuring the calendar and timeline is followed
Running status meetings and Red Team reviews, maintaining action items
Gathering content and collecting missing responses to solicitation requirements
Editing all content
Printing and producing the final document
General compliance checking
Delivery tracking and confirmation
Desired Qualifications & Experience
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Comfortable managing and running meetings
Advanced grammar and editing skills
Highly skilled in Microsoft Word
Proficient in Excel
Compensation and Benefits
Starting compensation range: $40,000 - $50,000 per year
