Immediate Opening! Carabetta Management Company is actively hiring a dependable and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. This role is essential in maintaining clean, safe, and well-kept facilities across our properties in Middletown and Meriden.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities included but are not limited to:

• Clean and maintain designated facility areas (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, restroom cleaning, etc.)

• Clean ceiling vents and perform general upkeep tasks

• Stock and replenish cleaning supplies and supply rooms

• Perform and document routine inspections and maintenance activities

• Carry out deep cleaning and special projects as assigned

• Notify management of maintenance issues or repair needs

• Perform minor repairs and adjustments when necessary

• Follow all health and safety regulations

• Work collaboratively with team members and staff

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred

• Minimum of 2 years of cleaning or janitorial experience

• Ability to operate cleaning equipment and machinery

• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies

• Familiarity with Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS)

• Strong attention to detail and integrity

• Ability to lift and carry at least 25 lbs
