Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Technical Trainer based in St. Louis, MO, with partial work-from-home flexibility. The Technical Trainer will be responsible for developing and delivering technical training programs, ensuring team members are equipped with the skills and knowledge needed to excel. Key responsibilities include creating training materials, conducting sessions in both in-person and virtual formats, evaluating training effectiveness, and providing ongoing support to team members to enhance their technical capabilities and performance.
Qualifications
- Experience in Technical Training and Training & Development
- Proven ability as a Technical Trainer with excellent training delivery skills
- Strong Communication skills and the ability to convey technical information clearly and effectively
- Proficiency in creating and implementing comprehensive training programs
- Experience in using modern training tools and platforms for in-person and virtual training sessions
- Ability to assess training needs and measure program effectiveness
- Knowledge of automotive services or a related technical field is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience
