Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Window Tinter to join our dynamic installation team. In this role, you will be responsible for applying high-quality window tinting films to vehicles, enhancing both aesthetics and privacy while ensuring optimal heat rejection and UV protection. Your expertise will contribute to delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining the highest standards of craftsmanship. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in automotive glass enhancement, vehicle PPF , and advanced tinting techniques within a fast-paced environment.

Duties

• Prepare vehicles by cleaning windows thoroughly and ensuring surfaces are free of dust, grease, and debris for optimal tint application
• Measure and cut tinting film precisely using manual glass cutting tools and or plotter to fit various vehicle windows
• Apply window tint films smoothly, avoiding bubbles, creases, or imperfections for a flawless finish
• Use power tools safely during the installation process, including squeegees, heat guns, and trimming equipment
• Handle glass materials carefully during installation to prevent damage and ensure proper fitting of tinted windows
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols such as power tool safety standards and proper handling of glass materials
• Experience
• Prior dealership or tint shop experience with window tinting preferred
• Familiarity with hand tools and power tools.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly about services provided and address client questions confidently

Pay: $17.00 - $40.00 per hour
