Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and guide them through the purchasing process
- Identify customer needs and recommend vehicles that match their budget and lifestyle
- Present vehicle features and benefits clearly and confidently
- Conduct and oversee test drives
- Maintain strong product knowledge of all used inventory
- Follow up with leads from walk-ins, online inquiries, and phone calls
- Assist with basic paperwork and coordinate financing with the team
- Meet monthly sales goals while providing top-tier customer service
- Keep the sales area clean, professional, and organized
Requirements:
- Previous sales experience preferred (auto sales a plus but not required)
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, professional attitude
- Basic computer and phone skills
- Willingness to learn and adapt
- Must be able to work Saturdays
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
